Subscription for Access: To use the connectivity kit, a subscription must be purchased. The subscription costs 365 SEK per year and you will be prompted to purchase it upon starting the app. This subscription activates access to the mobile app and web portal, allowing you to analyze and optimize your heat pump’s performance from anywhere.

Wide Compatibility: The connectivity kit supports a wide range of software versions (1.1 to 2.6) including the EX and RX series, ensuring smooth and reliable connections.
